Every course focuses on a different aspect – for example:
* on a stiffened part of your body…
* on breathing techniques…
* on building muscle…
* to push your boundaries...
* to understand and support a positive philosophy of life…


Every Yoga Course is individually adjusted, so that each and every one will get the amount of attention he or she needs

At the beginning Sabina will teach you easy postures and will than later on challenge you to more advanced postures. She supports every Yogi to build up confidence and self awareness Sabina will help you to improve yourself, inspire you and guide you to the results you want to achieve.

EVERY COURSE is suitable for women and men, old and young, healthy or unhealthy, fit or not so fit, flexible or inflexible.

I do not believe in a distinction between human beings on the grounds of their physical abilities.  We all have our strengths and weaknesses. This is why all of my courses are open for EVERYONE.


Please note though that the course on Tuesday evenings (7.30 pm) is suitable for advanced students or Yogis who like to be challenged. We can all learn from others, if we are open and ready.

Yoga is not COMPETITIVE-
it is a JOINT ACTIVITY
