The ayurvedic massage stimulates the body and supports the elimination of toxins and natural waste products. Ayurvedic herbal oils nourish and tone the body with visible rejuvenation effects. The skin feels wonderfully soft and smooth like velvet.

Regular oil massages are a great opportunity to promote your own health and strengthen blood circulation, blood flow, self awareness and inner balance.
It should be noted that the term 'massage' in Ayurveda is not related to the classical massage known in the western world. There is no other word though for the Sanskrit term 'Abhyanga Snehana '.
